The Governing Board Structure
The Governing Board shall consist of:
- 2 parent Governors
- 1 LA Governor
- 1 staff Governor
- The Headteacher
- 8 Foundation Governors
- 1 co-opted Governor
The total number of Governors is 14.
Foundation Governors, other than Ex-Officio Foundation Governor, shall be appointed as follows:
4 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education
3 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education in consultation with the Parochial Church Council of Eccleston St Mary and Pulford St Mary.
Our Chair of Governors is Nayland Southorn and our vice chair is Katherine Davis.
We have two committees; Finance and Resources, chaired by Rob Hughes and Curriculum, chaired by Katherine Davis.

Local Authority Governor serving on Finances and Resources Committee as Health and Safety Governor.
