The Governing Board Structure
The Governing Board shall consist of:
- 3 parent Governors
- 1 LA Governor
- 1 staff Governor
- The Headteacher
- 9 Foundation Governors
- 1 co-opted Governor
The total number of Governors is 16.
Foundation Governors, other than the Ex-Officio Foundation Governor, shall be appointed as follows:
4 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education
4 Governors by the Chester Diocesan Board of Education in consultation with the Parochial Church Council of Eccleston St Mary and Pulford St Marys.
Our Chair of Governors is Nayland Southorn and our vice chair is Jon Williams.
We have two committees; Finance and Resources, Chaired by Nayland Southorn and Curriculum, chaired by Sue Willan.
